If artificial intelligence is to be introduced in a company on a sustainable basis, qualification and evaluation measures are crucial to success in addition to the necessary technical preparations. Only if use cases are selected in a targeted approach, real value be achieved and, at the same time, entrepreneurial and technical risks of a misguided development be minimized. To this end, we develop ideas for potential solutions with and through AI together with you, analyze requirements, discuss feasibility and then formulate potential use cases for the application of AI in your company.
Our workshop includes
- Brief introduction to the different types of AI and their areas of application in companies
- Identification of the potential of AI in your company in the context of developing possible use cases
- Collection of ideas (from a technological, problem or data-oriented perspective)
- Evaluation of the ideas based on uniform criteria with the aim of a feasibility assessment
Results
- Identification of AI use cases with real added value
- Feasibility assessment and requirements analysis of selected use cases (in the biX internal Innovation Lab)
- Requirements formulation and outline of a solution for the AI use case
