CSRD and European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS)

Your start in an integrated sustainability and data management in your company

WORKSHOP-PROPOSAL

Changing legal framework:
Comprehensive reporting requirements

The adopted CSRD will affect companies throughout Europe that have more than 250 employees, a balance sheet total of 20 million euros or a turnover of 40 million euros. If two of the three mentioned criteria apply, the company falls under the CSRD reporting obligation. These companies will need to report in the management report on relevant impacts, material issues and therefore management approaches in the ESG or sustainability context - machine-readable and confirmed by auditors with limited certainty.
